Early Chronic Kidney Disease without proteinuria (IRIS stage 1)
Growth, gestation and lactation
Early Renal diet is recommended when the dog is diagnosed in CKD stage 1 or early stage 2 and non-proteinuric. Dogs may remain on Early Renal until creatinine elevates outside of reference ranges At this point, the dog should be switched to a Renal diet. It is recommended that a full health check be performed every 6 months.
COMPOSITION Poultry by-products**, chicken meat**, maize flour, wheat flour, pork by-products**, pork blood products**, powdered cellulose, corn starch mixture, dried beet pulp, crude lecithins, minerals, sunflower oil, fish oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, marigold extract (source of lutein). **Protein sources. ADDITIVES (KG)*** Nutritional additives: Vitamin D3: 250 IU, Iron: 9 mg, Iodine: 0.34 mg, Copper: 2.7 mg, Manganese: 2.8 mg, Zinc: 28 mg - Technological additives: clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin: 0.4 g. ***Values reflect only levels added to the formula, not those naturally occurring in components of the diet.
